Step Two - Work on self-improvement and self-care

It may (will) sound cliché, but you're already in the most important relationship of your lifetime (don’t make us say it, of course, it’s the relationship with yourself).

Let’s say you want to build up your confidence level.

We all have baggage. Whether it’s something in yourself or past relationships, both can weigh us down and create energetic blockages that hinder manifestation for the right person.
You’re going to identify this tension in each place that you find it. Allow yourself to completely be aware of where the tension in your body, life, or soul lies without indulging in it. Affirmations are typically written or spoken in the present tense and are designed to replace negative or limiting beliefs with more empowering ones.
